Need help with your booking or stay? You are in the right place.
Before your trip
- Booking confirmation — Check your email (including spam) for your confirmation. It contains your booking reference, dates, and property address.
- Check-in instructions — Access codes and directions are sent 24 hours before your check-in time. Look for an email from [email protected].
- Modify your booking — Need to change dates or guest count? Contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the host to accommodate your request.
- Cancel your booking — Review the cancellation policy on your listing page, then contact us to process the cancellation.
During your stay
- Property issues — Contact your host first using the phone number in your confirmation email. For urgent issues (no hot water, broken AC, lockout), call us at (407) 555-0192.
- WiFi and amenities — WiFi passwords and appliance instructions are typically found in the property welcome guide. Check the kitchen counter or entryway table.
- Emergencies — For any life-threatening emergency, call 911 first. Then notify your host and our team.
After your stay
- Leave a review — Reviews help future guests and our hosts. You can leave a review on the listing page after checkout.
- Lost items — Contact us within 48 hours of checkout if you left something behind. We will coordinate with the host to arrange return shipping.
- Refund questions — Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Contact us if you have not received yours.
