Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Tickets & Stay. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of Service

Tickets & Stay provides an online platform that connects guests with vacation rental property hosts in the Orlando, Florida area. We facilitate bookings but do not own, manage, or control the properties listed on our platform.

2. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to make a booking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable cleaning fees and service charges unless otherwise noted.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to your email upon successful payment.
  • Additional fees such as security deposits or pet fees may apply and will be disclosed before booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Each listing has its own cancellation policy, which is displayed on the listing page before you book. The three standard policies are:

  • Flexible — Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in.
  • Moderate — Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.
  • Strict — 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days of check-in.

5. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

  • Follow all house rules posted on the listing page.
  • Treat the property with care and report any damage promptly.
  • Not exceed the maximum number of guests specified in the listing.
  • Not use the property for any unlawful purpose, including unauthorized parties or events.

6. Host Responsibilities

Hosts on our platform agree to provide accurate listing information, maintain properties in safe and clean condition, and honor confirmed bookings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tickets & Stay acts as an intermediary between guests and hosts. We are not liable for the condition of properties, the accuracy of listings beyond our verification process, or any disputes between guests and hosts. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to Tickets & Stay for the applicable booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of Tickets & Stay and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
